A perfect skyline sells the future while the lower city pays for it in memory and sleep.
The main story follows a debt courier who carries fragments of other people's inner lives until one delivery shows him what the city is really extracting.
The franchise potential is the world: memory markets, debt routes, synthetic weather, luxury futures and a noir hero who learns that escape is also a product someone owns.
