These terms explain the baseline product assumptions for using Fabriqa TV during beta.

Platform use

Fabriqa TV lets users browse projects, create or shape screen-story ideas with AI assistance, participate in discussions and follow AI-powered streaming IP development.

Access to some features may require an account, moderation approval or future paid membership.

Generated artifacts and submissions

By using default creation flows, users should expect Fabriqa TV to store, modify, publish, promote and adapt platform-generated ideas, posts, images and related artifacts where permitted by the active legal terms.

The default flow does not promise publication, production financing, royalties or ownership retention without a separate written agreement.

Pre-existing works

Books, scripts, treatments and other pre-existing IP require a separate request, rights verification and individual written agreement before adaptation work.
