These terms explain the baseline assumptions for idea creation, AI-assisted drafts and public submissions on Fabriqa TV.

AI-assisted creation

Fabriqa TV is an active creative platform. Users can give direction, choose options, approve drafts and request changes while Fabriqa AI and editorial systems generate or package artifacts.

Platform-generated artifacts can include titles, loglines, public posts, images, prompts, tags, summaries, campaign materials and related metadata.

Rights baseline

The default submission flow must give Fabriqa TV the rights needed to store, edit, publish, promote, monetize, adapt and otherwise use platform-generated artifacts.

No user should rely on a promise of royalties, production financing, exclusive ownership, credit or publication unless Fabriqa TV signs a separate written agreement.

Separate agreements

Books, scripts, treatments, third-party IP, commissioned materials, investor arrangements and production participation require separate written terms.
